Traditional Stone Tiles Slate Roofs Composite Tile Roofs

We erect our own scaffolding on most standard properties which keeps the quotation cheaper then using a scaffold firm. We fit:

  • Velux roof windows.
  • uPVC fascia boards, all fascia we fit are replacement boards at 22mm thick
Stone roofs/slate we;

  • Remove existing roof covering, stack slates and sort for re-use.
  • Lower ridges and set aside for re-use.
  • Discard all badly laminated and spalled slates.
  • Clean down all existing roof timbers and spray with wood preserver.
  • Overlay roof timbers with breathable felt.
  • Fix tannalised slate battens 50mm x 25mm graded.
  • Re-slate roof using sound slates, deficiencies made up with sound slates.
  • Slates fixed using aluminium pegs.
  • Always keep the site clean and tidy
